I use this tote for work every day. It fits my 13-inch laptop perfectly, and the expansion feature is great for days I need to carry extra items. The nylon is durable and looks professional.

The tote is beautifully designed and the expansion works well. However, the shoulder strap tends to slip off my shoulder when the bag is full. I wish it had a non-slip pad.
