If an item is ever proven to be counterfeit, we refund the full purchase price and cover any reasonable return costs.

When your order arrives, inspect the packaging and item carefully. If anything seems inconsistent — such as incorrect brand markings, model numbers, or a defect — contact our quality assurance team at quality@wanderfold.us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a detailed description, clear photos, and the model or serial number if available. We acknowledge authenticity claims within one business day, investigate using purchase records and supplier documentation, and provide a resolution decision within five business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Our after-sales team will confirm the refund and provide a timeline. If the return is due to an error on our side or a verified quality issue, we also reimburse the return shipping fee.

Warranty coverage follows individual brand product information and manufacturer support where applicable. We don’t extend beyond what the manufacturer provides. Our after-sales team can help coordinate warranty claims with the brand — just email aftersales@wanderfold.us with your order number and the issue.

We accept all major payment methods at checkout, including credit and debit cards and popular digital wallets. The exact options are displayed when you complete your purchase. All payments are securely processed.
