Welcome to Wanderfold ("Wanderfold," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the wanderfold.us website (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Wanderfold. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Wanderfold is an independent specialist store for travel storage and packing organization, featuring a curated selection of packing cubes, travel organizers, and carry-on storage from Eagle Creek, Travelpro, Dagne Dover, and Briggs & Riley. We provide responsive customer support, transparent policies, and careful order handling so you can buy travel gear with confidence.

The Wanderfold storefront is operated by Brightpath Commerce LLC, a privately held limited liability company that operates specialty e-commerce storefronts in the travel goods category, focusing on packing and travel organization solutions. Brightpath Commerce LLC is the operating entity behind the Wanderfold storefront and is responsible for all transactions and customer relationships. Its responsibilities include managing day-to-day store operations, overseeing supplier contracts and inventory, administering customer support and specialist departments, ensuring compliance with consumer protection regulations, and implementing quality and authenticity controls.

Wanderfold is an independent, third-party multi-brand store. It is not the official brand site for Eagle Creek, Travelpro, Dagne Dover, or Briggs & Riley, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands.

3. Site Use and Eligibility

The Site is intended for customers who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, or use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

4. Accounts

You may choose to create an account on the Site. If you do, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Catalog Information and Pricing

We work to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices shown on the Site are accurate. Product listings are cross-checked against manufacturer data sheets so that technical specifications and descriptions reflect the items we sell. Despite our efforts, occasional errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Price differences between products reflect brand positioning, manufacturing costs, and import duties. Our online-only model, direct sourcing from authorized brand distributors, and multi-brand purchasing keep our operations lean and allow us to offer competitive everyday pricing. We never cut corners on product quality or authenticity to lower prices.

6. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, we offer promotional codes and discounts. For example, the code WANDER10 provides 10% off eligible items when applied at checkout. Coupon eligibility follows the rules displayed at checkout, and some items may be excluded based on supplier participation and inventory.

Promotional discounts are funded through supplier marketing allowances and savings gained from operational efficiencies, so they never require raising base prices or altering product specifications. We may change, suspend, or end any promotion at any time.

7. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation; receipt of that confirmation does not mean we have accepted your order. We may decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

8. Payment

We accept credit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed in US dollars (USD). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

9. Shipping

Standard shipping is $8.00 per order. Orders over $45.00 qualify for free standard shipping. We carefully handle every order and work to dispatch it promptly; delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact our customer support team at support@wanderfold.us with your order number, and we will provide instructions.

Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. If your return relates to a verified authenticity issue, we will also reimburse return shipping costs, as described in Section 12.

11. Warranty

Warranty coverage follows individual brand product information and manufacturer support where applicable. We do not provide warranty coverage beyond what the manufacturer provides. If you have questions about a product's warranty, contact our support team at support@wanderfold.us.

12. Authenticity and Quality Commitment

We guarantee that every item we sell is authentic and sourced through official channels. Every product is purchased from authorized distributors or directly from the brand, and we maintain verified documentation for each batch. Each item is inspected when received and again before shipment; we verify seals, labels, and overall integrity.

Product listings are cross-checked against manufacturer data sheets to ensure technical specifications, images, and descriptions are accurate. When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging and item carefully. We encourage you to verify brand markings and model numbers, and to contact us immediately if anything seems inconsistent.

How to report a concern

To help us investigate an authenticity or quality concern, please include:

• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• Model or serial number if available

Our review process

• We acknowledge authenticity claims within one business day.
• We investigate using purchase records, supplier documentation, and brand verification resources.
• We provide a resolution decision within five business days.
• If a return or replacement is approved, we issue instructions and a prepaid return label.

Our remedy

If an item is proven to be counterfeit, we will refund the full purchase price and cover any reasonable return costs. For any verified authenticity issue, you may choose a full refund or a replacement, and we will reimburse the return shipping fee. Wanderfold and its operating entity, Brightpath Commerce LLC, treat authenticity and quality concerns with the highest priority and are committed to resolving them fairly and quickly.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Site, is the property of Wanderfold, Brightpath Commerce LLC, or their licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Brand names, trademarks, and product names of manufacturers such as Eagle Creek, Travelpro, Dagne Dover, and Briggs & Riley are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

14. Acceptable Use

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brightpath Commerce LLC and Wanderfold will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or your purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or a purchase made through the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for the products that gave rise to the claim.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or your purchases.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Site or placement of an order after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
